With over 25 years in the mortgage industry, I have been consistently recognized as one of the top loan officers in my field despite the constant changes in the market. I am licensed in Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming, and I bring that multi-state experience to every client I serve at Peak Capital Mortgage LLC.

I specialize in USDA, VA, FHA, and conventional loan products, with a particular passion for helping first-time home buyers find their footing and secure their first home. Whether you are a first-time buyer in Albuquerque or a veteran purchasing in Grand Junction, I am here to guide you through every step of the process.

My primary focus areas include Farmington and the San Juan County region of New Mexico, Meeker and Rio Blanco County in Colorado, Delta and Delta County, Grand Junction and Mesa County, and Albuquerque and the greater Bernalillo County area. These are communities I know well and care deeply about, and I am proud to serve the families who call them home.

Outside of work, I have two wonderful children, a beautiful daughter-in-law, and an inspiring son-in-law who have blessed me with four grandchildren who are energetic and full of life. I must say, I love being a grandma! My soulmate, who has passed, guides me through every day with awe and amazement, reminding me to stop and smell the roses and to stop rushing through this one life I have.
